Volleyball

The girls volleyball team has generated a lot of excitement at UC Academy in recent years. The team is one of the most competitive in the league and in the CIF Southern Section. The Lady Eagles captured league titles in 2009 and 2010 and were CIF champions in 2009. Team member Danielle Maxwell was named the 2009 CIF—Southern Section Player of the Year and won a scholarship to play at the University of La Verne. In 2010, team members Kirsten Edgemon (junior) and Hannah Wagner (senior) were named to all the All-CIF team. Hannah Wagner also received a scholarship to play for Cedarville University.
